This major expansion and renovation project consists of a 4-story patient pavilion expansion, parking structure, covered pedestrian bridge, and over 100,000 SF of renovation and backfill projects within their current functioning facility. Our design and construction teams have begun the schematic design phase and preconstruction effort with plans to break ground on site work in the summer. Construction of the parking structure began in late 2017 with the patient tower expansion expected at the end of 2019. The backfill renovations are expected to be completed at the end of 2020. This is the largest and most comprehensive hospital design and construction project within the campus
