FreemanWhite was commissioned to develop inpatient and outpatient planning for multiple campuses within this urban health system. Addressing strategic, operational, technological, and facility elements, our team produced recommendations for campus integration, service line migration, and projected outpatient growth. We used these assumptions as the basis for service line and bed distribution among campuses. The client’s historical information was important in developing recommended strategic and facility initiatives.
Using a team approach to the master planning process, we focused on the system’s strategic priorities, tested these priorities using data driven models, produced alternative options, and developed a focused scope of facility responses for each campus. We then refined and synthesized these options into the most appropriate solutions to meet financial feasibility estimates within established capital constraints.
